The Break Room
What to Expect
Weekly 60–90 minute live online group
Limited to 15 therapists (closed group for safety + depth)
Each week includes:
A focused topic (burnout, countertransference, imposter syndrome, political stress, complex cases, etc.)
Open case consultation
Processing space
Peer support
Real conversation. Not performative networking.
Confidential and clinically grounded.
.
A closed, online group for real talk, case consult, and support — because therapists need somewhere to land, too.
This Is For You If…
You’re a therapist feeling the weight of your caseload.
You want smart colleagues who get it.
You miss consultation that actually feels helpful.
You’re tired of pretending you’re not impacted by the world too.
You want support without fluff.
Kris is a licensed therapist with 15+ years of experience. She’s known for her direct, grounded, no-nonsense style and deep commitment to therapist wellbeing. Kris has provided hundreds of trainings to groups ranging from a handful of clinicians to thousands, and has supervised, mentored, and led national organizations in providing ongoing support for therapists.
Having run her own private practice for several years, Kris knows firsthand the isolation and lack of support that can exist — and how much we need each other now more than ever.
The Break Room was created because even the strongest clinicians need somewhere to exhale, connect, and process with colleagues who get it
