I’m not a “smile and nod” therapist. We’ll get real, dig deep, and probably laugh along the way. Together, we’ll create actual change—not just insight, but momentum.

  • In-person or telehealth sessions: Flexible to meet you where you are.

  • Person-centered & trauma-informed: You’re not broken. You’ve just been carrying too much for too long, without space to unpack it.

  • Safe & supportive: A judgment-free zone to be seen, heard, and supported.

Healing isn’t all heavy

Sometimes it’s setting a boundary and feeling powerful.
Sometimes it’s saying, “I’m not doing that anymore”—and actually meaning it.
Sometimes it’s laughing while crying in session.

Therapy Services

All are available for in person or via telehealth.

  • Therapy focused on your individual needs and goals. Sessions are typically 50 min.

  • This is focused on family dynamics. This may also be an addition to individual therapy services. Sessions are typically 50 min.

  • If you are not interested in on going therapy but you would like support in a specific area either as an individual, couple, or group dynamic. These sessions run 3-4 hours depending on the goals discussed.
