I’m not a “smile and nod” therapist. We’ll get real. We’ll dig deep. We’ll probably laugh. And we’ll start creating actual change—not just insight, but momentum.
I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet you where you’re at—literally and emotionally.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that you are not broken—you’re carrying too much, often for too long, and no one ever gave you the space to unpack it safely. That’s what therapy with me is: a space where you can be seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
Yes, we’ll talk about hard things—but I promise there will also be moments of relief, lightness, and yes, even laughter. Healing isn’t all heavy. Sometimes it’s setting a boundary and feeling powerful. Sometimes it’s saying, “I’m not doing that anymore” and actually meaning it.

Therapy focused on your individual needs and goals. Sessions are typically 50 min.

This is focused on family dynamics. This may also be an addition to individual therapy services. Sessions are typically 50 min.

If you are not interested in on going therapy but you would like support in a specific area either as an individual, couple, or group dynamic. These sessions run 3-4 hours depending on the goals discussed.
