I provide therapy for moms who are holding everything together on the outside — while feeling lost, depleted, or invisible on the inside.

I support women, especially moms, who are:

  • navigating shifting identities

  • breaking free from unhealthy or toxic patterns

  • rebuilding self-worth after years of putting everyone else first

  • carrying the mental load and emotional weight of motherhood

Therapy Services

All are available for in person or via telehealth.

  • Therapy focused on your individual needs and goals. Sessions are typically 50 min.

  • This is focused on family dynamics. This may also be an addition to individual therapy services. Sessions are typically 50 min.

  • If you are not interested in on going therapy but you would like support in a specific area either as an individual, couple, or group dynamic. These sessions run 3-4 hours depending on the goals discussed.
